Tell us a little bit about yourself...
My name is Yeva Babayan and I'm an artist.
I’ve been drawing and painting since I was a child, taking inspiration from many profound artists such as Gustav Klimt and Salvador Dali. Surrealism was always the genre that fascinated me as it merged reality and fantasy so fluidly. As I advanced in my technique I developed my own style, incorporating surrealism, psychedelia and graphic elements in an organic manner. My art encompasses the passion I have for quantum physics, shamanism and tantric sex. In essence, I paint emotions, approaching the art of sex with respect and beauty instead of vulgarity, as it is the ultimate act of creation.
I developed my professional career as a graphic and product designer parallel to being an artist. This was my advantage in the field of design, as many designers are not fine artists, and my ability to incorporate original hand created art with commercial design made what i do be highly sought after the in the design field.
What I want to share with the world is organic art used commercially in a non cliché way, creating a world which the viewer can fully immerse themself in… like walking into a painting.

What led you to finding your passion?
I think I've known my passion since I was a child.. it was just a matter of growing in it and fine tuning as I went along in life. Picking up inspiration along the way via meeting other creative individuals and .. of course traveling the world.
What makes you feel a zest for life?
Traveling and watching my daughter enjoy things I introduce her to.

Do you have a favorite piece of art?
Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee Around a Pomegranate a Second Before Awakening by Salvador Dali. He has always been my biggest inspiration since I was a child.
Where is your happy place?
At home, painting with my daughter.

How do you practice self love?
Going into nature and spending time away from technology. And taking long baths with a glass of wine.
What is the one thing you would most like to change about the world?
I would change the world structure of politics. Politicians rarely if ever want what's best for the people and constantly play the "divide and conquer" game to keep people in a state of fear. I would like to see a world with leaders that actually want to unite the people and do everything in their power for the benefit of the population.

What do you wear when you want to feel powerful?
A pair of stilettos always gets the job done :)
Why do you wear Bel Kazan?
Each piece makes you feel amazing. The colors, the fabrics, the patterns.. I can honestly live the rest of my life only wearing Bel Kazan and never run out of amazing options.
What’s the piece you reach for most?
Ah that's a tough one because every piece is my favorite, so I can't say there's a one go-to. I love them ALL ♥
